Nick Duhm

Nick joined the Caster Investment Group team at the end of 2020. Since joining the team, Nick successfully closed over $75,000,000 in commercial real estate with a particular emphasis in self storage assets. Nick is also quite capable representing sellers of MHRV properties, having set multiple price records throughout the Intermountain West. Nick is proud to be part of Caster Investment Group’s sterling industry track record by consistently creating value for his clients through superior representation.

Prior to joining Caster Investment Group, Nick was a member of the Newmark Knight Frank’s Self Storage Valuation and Advisory Group headquartered in Pasadena, California. As a member of that team, Nick worked as an underwriter on over 400 self storage facilities in every major metro area across the nation. During that time, Nick spent over 6,000 hours underwriting self storage properties with a specialization in proposed/under construction projects. He also worked on several portfolio valuations working with notable clients such as Prime Storage, iStorage, and National Storage Affiliates (NSA).

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, California. An active member of his community, Nick taught afterschool elementary PE as well as coached swim and high school football during his college years. In his free time, he loves to snowboard, practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, read, and spend time with his beautiful wife, Clara.
